Summer Staff Internship
We are looking for motivated college students and recent graduates to join our Summer Staff for 2025. This is a unique opportunity for experiential leadership in an exciting, adventure-filled setting in the beautiful Laurel Highlands.
Our interns have the unique opportunity to work closely with diverse groups—from high school mentors to at-risk elementary students, and from veterans to community professionals—gaining advanced skill sets while making an impact in the lives of others.

Earn competitive summer pay and free room and board (on site laundry facilities available). No experience is necessary— we will train you to instruct participants through adventure activities, leadership philosophies, and mental fitness training exercises.
