Become a Mentor

mentor role & responsibilities:

  • Attend the one week Leadership Academy program. Complete high adventure activities, learn about leadership, and bond with your peers to make relationships that will last a lifetime. Click here for more information about Leadership Academy.

  • Attend one Teambuilder week. Form a mentoring team with a younger student in the same school district, completing high adventure activities together to form a support system and positive relationship.

  • Follow up throughout the school year. Attend Outdoor Odyssey refresher events, and meet up with mentoring team twice a month during the school year.
